Jain Automobiles,

Shalimar Road,

Jammu.

Dear Sirs,

With regard to your order of 3rd. June for 100 scooters, we regret to inform you that an unexpected fall in our stocks renders us unable to deliver immediately.

Our stocks have depleted because of a strike by our workers. It has completely disrupted our business. Though we have tried our best to fulfill our obligation, the general nature of the trouble has rendered our attempts fruitless. Negotiations are already on with the striking workers. A settlement may take one or two weeks to come about.

We request you to extend the time-limit for the execution of your order.

Inconvenience is regretted.

Yours faithfully,

For Gangyal Scooter Works
